Week 3 (04.05.20-08.05.20)

Cooking

This week we are going to be making a fruit salad. Choose your favourite fruits and chop them up into a bowl. Dont forget to take a picture and post it to the class page blog.

This week we will begin making the structure of our puppets ready to decorate them next week!

 

We would have done this a little differently if we were at school so we will just do the best we can with what we have at home. 

 

We would have focused on how to use a needle and thread to join our puppets but if you do not have these materials you could use glue or tape instead. 

 

First, we will need to gather our materials. Last week we looked at different fabrics. Can you find any scrap fabric or material at home? Make sure you ask your adult! If you can't find any fabric you could use paper instead.

 

Now to keep our puppet together we will use either a needle and thread, glue or tape. 

 

When using a needle and thread or a stapler you must be supervised by an adult at all times.
