We have been very busy creating our African masks.

First we learnt how to create a self portrait of our faces, then we used these faces and turned them into African mask designs.

Next came to messy bit of creating the structure for our mask by using a balloon and papier mache. The children loved covering the balloons and then adding the final detail to the masks.
